Until recently, I took it for granted that this Aviation Art stuff could be performed by most anyone, given a little training. Man was I wrong!! Take for instance Denver's current work in progress "Stiletto". I had no idea the pain staking preparation that is called for prior to applying the first drop of paint to the canvas or illustration board. No wonder it can take up to two years to complete a single painting. HE PUTS ALL THAT STUFF ON BY HAND!!! I thought for sure he would use his "ETCH-A-SKETCH" once in a while.
